Since the Arriaga Steak House & Cider restaurant opened up in the Bilbao Casco Viejo, we like to offer the best meat and fish dishes, all top quality products that have become great specialties of the Arriaga. In the traditional Basque cuisine meats, the T-Bone Steak and Sirloin of beef are a few of our specialties. On the other hand the typical fish like the grilled cod is offered in all styles: Biscayne, pil-pil, ajoarriero, and the typical batter kokotxas (one of our most successful products). Of course, we also offer another different dishes from our Basque cuisine which is becoming more and more international nowadays.
And of course before enjoying these dishes, you can choose different starters. Among those who stand out for their great success to the Arriaga Steak House & Cider customers are: the season mixed vegetables, various salads (Idiazabal cheese salad or cod salad), grilled octopus, or our tray of ‘pork tapas’ (assortment of rice morcilla, vegetables morcillas, cider cooked chorizo and tomatoes and peppers sautéed txistorra). Another speciality is the extraordinary piquillo peppers and asparagus, both from Lodosa, DO Navarra (D.O.Ca. Qualified designation of origin).
